3. What does Matthew 18:10-14 reveal about God’s character?

4. Jesus warns believers not to despise other Christians? What does this mean? Why are we tempted to do this? Confessionally, how do you drift toward despising other Christians? Why does this lead to a church imploding? "Comparison is the thief of joy" -Theodore Roosevelt

5. Is church membership important? Why or why not? Use scripture to frame your answer. Why do you think that church membership seems to be such a taboo in todays culture? What should we do in response to this criticism?

6. What is church discipline? Use scripture to frame your answer. What is the ultimate goal of church discipline?

8. Why do we lack confidence to go out and share the gospel if we know that God has ultimately promised that he WILL save ALL of those he came to save? If we are not confident to do so what are we ultimately putting our confidence in instead of God?

9. In response to Matthew 18:10-14, Pastor Eric encouraged us to be a dangerous, risky, all-in church. What does that mean? Why or why not is this the proper response to the scripture?
